08:30am – 09:00am     Fuel up (PERA Building)

-    Coddled Eggs with Herbs de Provence, Shaved Gruyere 

     and Sliced Tomatoes baked with Lardons

-    Sliced Whole Grain Bread with Butter and Jam

-    Roasted Rosemary Potato Hash

-    Greek Yogurt, home made Granola and Dried Fruits

09:15am – 10:30am    Morning Break (Oshara Village -  9.1 miles)

-    Stilton Shortbread topped with Vanilla-scented Mascarpone 

     and Port-marinated Mission Figs      

-    Warmed Star Anise Hibiscus brew

10:30pm – 11:45pm    “Quick refresher” Break (Bonanza Creek Ranch entrance - 20 miles)

-    Watermelon Cubes topped with Feta Crumbles and Mint,

     drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar
