This is what you missed if you didn't ride in 2014:

08:30am – 09:00am     Fuel up (PERA Building)

-     Southwestern breakfast burritos with spinach tortilla, smoky bacon, 

      scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, black beans, and green chile 

      tomatillo salsa and salsa roja on the side

-     Cinnamon raisin scones with apple butter

-     Greek yogurt, homemade granola and dried fruit

-     Fresh squeezed orange juice

-     Regular and decaf coffee with assorted teas

-     Water and Gatorade


10:30am – 11:15am    Morning Break (Oshara Village)

-     Lemongrass coconut bars

-     Warmed spiced cranberry and apple cider

-     Water and Gatorade


1:00pm – 2:45pm    “Sort of tired” Break (Bonanza Creek Ranch entrance)

-      Watermelon Cubes topped with Feta Crumbles and Mint,

       Drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar

-      Water and Gatorade


11:30am – 1:30pm    Lunch (Alan Houser Sculpture Gardens)

-      Rosemary and thyme grilled pork medallions with apricot dijon chutney

-      Halved acorn squash stuffed with curried vegetables and tempeh 

       (for the vegetarians)

-      Quinoa tossed with edamame and toasted almonds

-      Arugula and baby spinach with sliced mango and tossed with a 

       lime vinaigrette

-      Citrus flan with ginger snap cookies

-      Water and Gatorade



2:00pm – 3:45pm    “Pick-me-up” Break (Spin Doc)

-      Quaker apple cake with vanilla crème anglaise

-      Horchata

-      Water and Gatorade


3:00pm – 5:30pm     Unwind at the finish (PERA Building)

-      Green Goddess and kidney bean hummus dips with crudités and 

        tri-colored corn chips

-      Artisanal cheese board with imported crackers and fruit

-      Dulce de leche and Anjou pear bars
